About
As a nutritional therapist, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their health through nutrition and lifestyle. My approach is to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for clients to explore their relationship with food and to make sustainable changes for a healthier lifestyle. I am committed to helping clients understand the connection between food, mind, and body, and to tailor a plan that fits their unique needs and goals.
Meet Diana
Diana graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in 2018. In recent years she has helped a number of clients regain control of their diet and lifestyle thus achieving improved health. Using food, lifestyle modifications and supplements (when necessary) mean that changes in the individual do not happen overnight but occur slowly over time, requiring a level of commitment from the client, but when a plan is adhered to it is always quite bewildering the changes that people note as time goes on. Incorporating small changes into one’s life soon become habitual practises which result in long term happiness and an overall improved wellbeing.

Diana spends her time inventing recipes, rooting out fresh produce, nerding up on nutrition science, swimming, constantly seeking out saunas and very cold plunge pools, walking wherever she can and hosting many a lunch and dinner party. Diana and her family spend their time between England and South Africa.

Diana is a certified member of The British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and a member of the General Naturopathic Council (GNC).
