Meet Diana Hall
Eating well and incorporating positive lifestyle habits isn’t about deprivation and aggressively grunting over weights in the gym (no judgement to those that do). It’s a way of life which allows us to thrive, feel energised and most importantly be happy. Often, when our bodies function optimally, our skin is healthy and our muscles and bones don't creak, we give little thought to what we put in it, what we put it through and how we look after ourselves. That's to say we take our health for granted, but when things are out of whack it can wreak havoc on our mental, physical and emotional health
As a nutritional therapist of nearly six years I have developed an armoury of tools to assist clients. Over time, small changes in our diet and lifestyle can become learned routines, resulting in better mitochondrial health, improved sleep, healthier skin and a more diverse and efficient gut. I am crazy about home cooked food, fruits, veggies, pulses, seafood, poultry, seeds, nuts, game, meat, offal, oils, ferments, herbs and spices - diversity it key. Cooking from scratch takes time, but batch preparation is key, and we could probabl all spend a little less time on Twitter and a little more time in the kitchen.
